Genoa, market of land & sea
A great success for the Food Market Festival in Genoa. Many Genoese people and many tourists have been attracted by the open air market, also thanks to the price within everybody’s reach. These are the reasons that explain the presence of 100000 visitors during 3 days and more than 30000 dishes ate at the Street Food Kitchen. In the great market, the most important things have been typical traditional products, cooked and prepared following Liguria tradition.
Also a great public attended at the School Cooking (organized by Genova Gourmet) during which 16 chefs have presented as many typical dishes, prepared with products of the territory.
Besides a big success for the preview of the "regional wine-bar" and the new Market of Carmine that will be soon opened during which the pilot project of Medemporion will be presented thanks to explicative panels.
